C. A. Ching Construction
Our construction documents will include all State, County, and City permits. Including approved and stamped blueprint drawings, all specifications, and ongoing addenda that are necessary to define the construction project. These documents identify all materials to be used in all of our building projects. Ranging from a simple single dwelling remodeling job through to our large, multi-unit, multi-million dollar new construction buildings and design projects. There are many phases through which preparation of these documents, their specifications and the project addenda progress.
These phases allow for flexibility and communication between our AIA architects and our clients.

Interior Design
Working closely with the owner, our staff provides interior design solutions based on expressed needs, assists in identifying an image, and seeks to portray the success of your business. We make every attempt to be aware of the environmental impact of products and designs chosen and can incorporate remodeled spaces, as well as existing inventory
Facility and Project Planning
We believe communication between a designer and client is the most critical step in the design and construction of any project. Therefore, C. A. Ching Construction offers facility planning services to assist our clients in assessing their long and short-term facilities goals and objectives. Whether it’s adding to or remodeling your current facility, or designing and constructing a new building, C. A. Ching Construction has the profound knowledge to help our clients meet their future needs.
Sustainable Plans and Approved Designs
At C. A. Ching Construction , sustainable design and construction is not a new word, but has been a part of our philosophy and culture for many years. Our staff takes pride in improving the energy and resource efficiency of all projects through the effective use of natural resources, sustainable forest products, utilization of recycled materials, environmentally appropriate landscaping, green construction philosophy and ideologies , with the efficient use of space, superior waste management and energy efficiency to name just a few.
This process takes into consideration the entire life cycle of buildings, environmental quality, functional quality and future value. Our Structural Engineering Commitment
Our Structural Engineering department’s primary role is to design the structural framing (beams, columns, walls, floors, roof) and foundations of any structure to ensure the building’s structural integrity is maintained under worst-case conditions. Additionally, the structural engineer provides input to the Architects, Project Managers, and Contractors, as to the feasibility of various foundation and framing systems based on site conditions, economic constraints and time schedules to select the proper system. During the preliminary design phase of a project, the engineer will assist the architect in selecting framing layouts, bay sizes, floor elevations and thickness. Additional services include selecting foundation systems and performing initial design of primary structural components. During the final stages of design, the structural engineers will work with the architects and mechanical designers to resolve conflicts between the structural elements, architectural features and mechanical systems. As a building project progresses through the final stages of design and into construction, the structural engineers complete the final design of foundations, and structural members supervise the preparation of structural drawings, review shop drawings and perform periodic observations at construction sites.

Ching Construction offers stand-alone construction management services to clients who already have established relationships with an architectural/engineering firm and/or various subcontractors. As a result of our extensive experience, we are able to bring together the various professionals necessary to complete your project on time and in the most cost efficient manner.
